What is the processing time for my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Vickie’s Gifts ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your gift! You can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' field where you can write a custom note that we will include with your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How can I track my package?
