Bada Bing Cherries

 

A splash of warm, spicy bourbon turns these Northwest-grown, pitted and stem-on Bada Bing Cherries® into the perfect bourbon cocktail cherries. Add our bourbon cherries to decadent desserts, savory cheese plates and, of course, your favorite Manhattan or Old Fashioned. Rich in flavor but not too sweet, our bourbon soaked cherries are also delicious snacked straight from the jar.

Ingredients

Cherries, Water, Sugar, Natural Flavors, Fruit and Vegetable Concentrate (color), Citric Acid, Bourbon

Bourbon Cherry Chocolate Cordial:

Melt chocolate sauce in the microwave until it is pourable, about 30 seconds.  In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add bourbon, cherry juice, cream and chocolate sauce.  Shake vigorously to incorporate the chocolate sauce and froth the cream.  Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Bourbon Cherry Sour:

  1. In a shaker, muddle together 2 cherries and the syrup.  Add bourbon, lemon juice and ice, cover and shake. 
  2. Open shaker and add egg white.  Return top and shake vigorously.  Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with remaining cherry.
